Cancellation Policy
I understand that emergencies may arise. Please let me know when possible 24 hours ahead of time for rescheduling appointments. There will be a 50% charge of the service booked for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. I also understand things happen so we give a 10 minute grace period For late appointments, anything greater than 10 minutes is at my discretion and depends on other bookings. Late charges may apply if they result in not being able to accept the appointment which is also counted as a cancellation less than 24 hours resulting in 50% charge of the booking.
